    GLCE Tracking Sheet

    Instructions:

    1. Click the appropriate grade level Tracking Sheet below. This will open a dialog box - click Save. You will be asked to select the drive and folder  to save the worksheet in. Use the drop-down box to select your drive (example - T:), then select the folder, and click Save.

    2. When "Download Complete" is displayed, you may open the worksheet. This will open your Excel worksheet showing the expectations across the top, and spaces for your student names down the left side. Note that the “tabs” at the bottom can be used to go to an “Overview” (Instruction) sheet, a Tracking Sheet for ELA, or a separate sheet for tracking Math.

    3. At the top of column “A” enter the school year and teacher name. Then enter all of the student names down column “A".

    4. Be sure to Save your changes so that you can track your student’s progress. Prior to saving, make sure your cursor is in an empty cell.   Save by clicking on the Save icon in the menu bar.
