Opinion of To Kill a Mockingbird

by David Grix

In To Kill a Mockingbird, Harper Lee was able to describe the terrible racial prejudice and injustices that existed during the Civil Rights Movement. However, many other lessons are learned, including bravery, compassion for others, and the importance of honesty to other people and yourself. For these reasons, To Kill a Mockingbird is an important, timeless novel.

"I have a dream."
