your child can participate in a sport (including practice) he/she must
have a current (after April 15) physical card on file in the West Junior
High Athletic Office. Physical
cards are available in the Main Office at West Junior High.
If you do not have a family physician, the Youth Health Wellness
Center in Traverse City offers sports physicals as well as treats other
health related issues. The
center is located at the TBAISD Career-Tech Center, 880 Parsons Road.
Students ages 10-21 from the community are eligible.
Most health insurance carriers are accepted and there is a
sliding fee scale for those without insurance.
NO ONE WILL BE DENIED SERVICES IF UNABLE TO PAY.

You can then either pick a sport/grade or look at the daily events. You can also access directions to the games on this website. TC West Athletic Boosters Golf Ball Drop & Golf Outing Fundraiser Mark your calendars for the 3rd annual TC West Athletic Boosters Golf Ball Drop & Golf Outing scheduled for Sunday, September 23rd, 2007. The event will once again be held at The Leelanau Club @ Bahle Farms in Suttons Bay. A four person scramble will tee off @ 10:00 a.m. followed by the golf ball drop @ approximately 4:00 p.m. There will be refreshments, prizes and a silent auction prior to the golf ball drop. A $10,000 first place prize will be offered again this year for the closest to the pin provided all 3000 tickets are sold. Tickets are $20, and all proceeds will go to support Titan Athletics. Over the previous two years, we have raised over $50,000 for Titan teams from this event. Sponsorship opportunities are also available for the golf outing & drop. |
