LOST AND FOUND |

All unclaimed items from the lost and found areas throughout the school will be recycled into the p. e. departments or donated to charity. If you are missing something, please check all grade wings, the Titan cafeteria, and both of the p. e. locker rooms by June 9th. Parents may come in to claim items, up to July 1st in the main hallway during the summer office hours - Tues. - Fri. 7:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. |

LIBRARY NEWS |
| All WMS Library books and materials are due now! Please look around at home, in your locker, in the car, etc.. and make sure all library books are returned as soon as possible. All unreturned items will be assessed a fee, to be sent home with report cards. |

SPORTS PHYSICALS |

NOTE THAT STUDENTS GOING INTO 7TH - 12TH GRADES WHO WILL BE PARTICIPATING IN
INTERSCHOLASTIC SPORTS NEED A SPORTS PHYSICAL THAT IS DATED APRIL 15,
2009 OR AFTER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE 2009-10 SCHOOL YEAR - STUDENTS GOING INTO 6TH
GRADE (CURRENT 5TH GRADERS) DO NOT NEED A SPORTS PHYSICAL TO PARTICIPATE IN INTRAMURAL SPORTS.
FYI - Practice/tryout dates for high school (9th - 12th grades) fall sports is August 12th, except for football, which is August 10th. Fall sports starting dates for 7th & 8th Grades is Aug. 31st. Watch for posted signs at registration (Aug. 24-15) or check the "Sports" page on the WMS website for start times. The Youth Health and Wellness Center offers physicals at a reduced rate, located at the TBAISD, 880 Parsons Road and is open year round. For more information, call 922-6416. |

BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB SUMMER PROGRAM |
| The Boys and Girls Club is gearing up for a summer of fun from 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Mondays - Thursdays beginning June 15th. Just $25 for the summer for ages 11-18 (incoming 6th graders welcome!). Contact Anna for more information at 933-8318. |

REGISTRATION FOR THE 2009-2010 SCHOOL YEAR IS: MONDAY, AUGUST 24TH NOON - 7:00 P.M. TUESDAY, AUGUST 25TH 9:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M. FIRST DAY OF PRACTICE FOR MIDDLE SCHOOL FALL SPORTS CAN BE NO EARLIER THAN MONDAY, AUGUST 31ST - WATCH FOR WEBSITE UPDATES AND FOR NOTICES DURING REGISTRATION. ATHLETES MUST HAVE A SPORTS PHYSICAL ON FILE IN THE ATHLETIC OFFICE, DATED ON OR AFTER APRIL 15TH, 2009 BEFORE THEY CAN TRYOUT/PRACTICE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL - TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 8TH
