Title IX Information

TITLE IX

Title IX is the federal law that prohibits sex discrimination against students and employees of educational institutions.

SEXUAL HARASSMENT

Title IX regulations explicitly prohibit sex discrimination which includes harassment.  

TCAPS TITLE IX COORDINATOR

Disseminates nondiscrimination policy, insures grievance procedures are in place to address complaints, and insures prompt and equitable resolution of student and employee complaint.
