Nancy Conn is a sixth grade teacher at Westwoods Elementary, where she has been teaching since the school opened in 1990. She spent four years at Long Lake Elementary before that. Before TCAPS, she spent ten years substituting around the state (St. Clair Shores, Saginaw, Bridgeport, Cadillac and Traverse City). She received Bachelor of Arts in Language Arts, Art and Elementary Education and a Master of Arts in Elementary Education and Computers. Ms. Conn has a son, Casey, who lives in Florida. She loves to read and work puzzles (logic games). In her free time she travels the country. Her son works for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines so she anticipates more "cruising" vacations.
