Ann Chouinard is a third grade teacher here at Westwoods Elementary, where she has been teaching for the past four years. This is a second career for her, she loves being around kid's every day, and that why she changed careers. She taught two years at Traverse Heights in grades one/two and three. She received Bachelors in Education from Central Michigan Universary with a minor in reading and major in science, Masters in Education from Grand Valley. Mrs. Chouinard has a husband Gary, and children, Brandon age 19, Karina age 17, JJ age 12, and Lexi age 10. She loves being with her family, attending church, sports events, playing games and cooking together. She also enjoys the outdoors, skiing, swimming, and roller blading and being out in nature.
