The Symposium

This year SCI-MA-TECH presents the first annual Northern Michigan Mathematics, Engineering and Science Symposium. In previous years this event has been exclusive to SCI-MA-TECH students. Students were asked to present their research projects and be graded by local professionals.

Thanks to the ZONTA Club of Traverse City, this year we have been able to open the doors for any students in the five county area. The Symposium is a forum for math, engineering and science students to display and defend their research projects to area professionals. Also new to the symposium this year are the prizes of up to $250 in U.S. Savings Bonds.
