Who is Eligible
All public, private, and parochial students are welcome. Students need to be 3 years old or older and toilet trained.
Admission Policy
A child may be enrolled by first submitting an enrollment form A $25.00 Non-refundable Registration fee must be included. Enrollment will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. All children enrolled will follow TCAPS and State of Michigan licensing, health and immunization policies. All immunizations must be up to date before attendance.
Activities
Activities in the Pre-School Program/Enrichment are designed to be flexible enough to address each child's individual developmental needs. the emphasis will be on literacy and language development. Children will engage in arts and crafts, games, science and nature projects, computers, productive play, creation and rest. Social, physical, emotional and intellectual stimulation will all be featured.
Program Hours
The Pre-School/Enrichment Program will operate the same calendar and hours as the regular school program. Before and after school care is available at the building for additional cost.
Fees
The rate is $25.00 per day and $15.00 per half day, snacks included. Lunch available at regular school price.
NOTE: Families who meet income guidelines may be eligible for Family Independence Agency financial assistance. Parents are responsible for any fees not covered by FIA. Contact FIA for information at 941-3900
Payment Schedule
Payment is made every two weeks in advance by credit card, check or money order payable to TCAPS, and given to the Program Manager at the site where the child attends.
Late payments will be assed a $10.00 fee. Returned check will be assessed a $25.00 fee.

students’ learning needs both during school and when school is not in session.
Programs that provide students with safe places to go during out of
