Stephanie Jackson
Stephanie Jackson has a bachelors degree from Central Michigan University and a Masters in Literacy from Central Michigan University. She has been teaching for seven years and has taught kindergarten through third grades. Mrs. Jackson loves to spend time with her husband and two daughters. She also enjoys traveling, scrap booking, reading, and spending time outdoors and playing with her golden retriever. This will be my second year teaching first grade at Central Grade and I am looking forward to another great year. Prior to teaching first grade, I taught Kindergarten for 3 years here at Central and have taught several other grades throughout TCAPS. Recently, I graduated from CMU with a Masters Degree in Teaching Literacy and Reading. Teaching reading is one of the many reasons why I love teaching first grade. My husband Chris and I have two daughters. Sophie is five and getting ready to start Kindergarten this fall and the Phoebe is 5 months old and learning to roll over and sit up. As a family we enjoy traveling, boating, spending time with friends and family, and playing with our Golden Retriever "Jackson". I personally enjoy working with children, scrap booking and reading! I look forward to getting to know you and working together with you to help your child have a successful year in first grade. We will work hard, learn a lot, but most of all have a ton of fun!!!
